Our residence complex is characterized by its harmonious integration into the natural environment. It consists of autonomous villas that have been carefully designed with a synthesis of modern architecture and Mediterranean tradition and way of life, between indoors and outdoors.

Starting from the atrium with jacuzzi placed in the center, the rooms of each villa are placed around it, creating a sense of privacy without reducing the spaciousness and comfort of each space. Our residences are characterized by large openings with unlimited view, integrating our visitor into the surrounding area and giving him a sense of euphoria and serenity.

Each residence, of 140 sq.m in two-levels can accommodate up to 8 (6+2) guests. The ground floor includes living – dining room, wc, kitchen and two bedrooms, and the first floor, the attic – office space and a bedroom with access to the terrace, under the pine trees overlooking the sea and the bay of Agios Nikolaos.

The main characteristic of our residences is that all spaces – indoor and outdoor – have an unlimited view of the blue of the Ionian Sea and the pine vegetation and are plenty of natural light and coolness.

Two bedrooms have a queen-size bed and one, king-size (option of two singles), every of which has an ensuite bathroom. They are fully equipped with high quality mattresses, air conditioning, open wardrobes and smart TVs.

The loft – above the living room, is equipped with a double bed sofa, a desk and its own bathroom, is intended as a working, reading and contemplation area. It can also accommodate up to 2 people.

The living room consists of an open plan, modern space with a dining table, corner sofa and smart TV.

The kitchen has all electrical appliances and, of course, all the cookware and accessories needed.

The jacuzzi and it’s surrounding area, the swimming pool with comfortable loungers and garden lounge under the pine trees are considered to a be a highlight of each villa. The outdoor dining area on the patio (just outside the kitchen), is a focal point of each villa.

Each of our houses is surrounded by a wide surrounding area of about an acre.
